Welcome back OLW blog hoppers! I can’t believe we are nearing the end of this years OLW journey.
For those of you not familiar with One Little Word (OLW), it’s is a class being run by Ali Edwards at Big Picture Classes. My One Little Word for 2011 is Create. (Other posts on my OLW can be found here.)
November was all about reflection and I think I’ve been doing a fair bit of that lately. I’ve neglected my blog, hardly ever been on twitter, and I’ve not spent a great deal of time in my craft room. (Pinterest is a whole different story but we won’t go into that addiction here) The only scrapbook pages I’ve done this month were all for Lain Ehmann’s “Your Story Matters” class. And I did these all digitally. Talk about reflecting though – some really deep stuff came out of that one!
Back to OLW. I really enjoyed this months prompt as I got to put into words how I felt about how my word played out over the course of the year, and how much it has meant to me.
I drafted up the I statements at the beginning of the month and read over them a few times throughout. No changes were actually made to the original draft as I was satisfied with what I had captured in the beginning. All the other work was done in the last week… except the girl. I had a play when a new batch of Copics arrived.
So here is my collage for November…. (I still hate my handwriting!)

My word has already chosen me for 2012 and I was very excited to see registration is now open for next years class. You can join up here. If you haven’t done this class before I highly recommend it. It’s better than any New Year resolution and it WILL change your life. And if you do decide to do the class don’t forget to join us all on the blog hop each month where you’ll meet a fantastic group of ladies who are full of a tonne of inspiration.
Sneak peek… my word for 2012 begins with the letter H.
Once again thanks for stopping by and for keeping me accountable. Next on the list is Lynn so hop on over and check out her One Little Word. There are more fabulous people participating in this blog hop which commences at 8am PST (Pacific Standard Time). They are listed below if you would like to start from the beginning… See you all again next time !

Your page sings. I can hear your creativity from way over here in Oklahoma. Hooray!
Your cards are wonderful! The girl is really well done and gives a bit whimsy to the overall look. Love it.

Awwww–your handwriting is lovely! And I love your reflection on the ‘this word’ prompt. Great job!
My word this year was “happy” but creating played a huge part of it! I think most of us just have the desire to create innate in our beings. What a wonderful word you had this year… can’t wait to see where you go next year in your journey. My post is here: http://cheriandrews.blogspot.com/2011/12/one-little-word-blog-hop-december.html
Love your page for this month. The colors are delightful.
I haven’t picked a word for 2012 yet! Lat year it just came to me easily. For 2012, not so much.
Love the little girl stamp – she is beautiful! Wow – you know your word for next year!! So far nothing has come to me yet. Great job with this months prompt.
So cute & happy – nice work!
I love your cards, especially your “am” card! Your creativity just shines through in all of them.
