Throughout the month of May I’m participating in LOAD – Layout a Day with Lain Ehmann. We will be doing one scrapbook layout a day for every day in May. To make it extra exciting we are given little challenges each day to incorporate into our layouts. How’s that for a challenge!

Here is my 26th layout – LOAD May11 Day26- Favorite Meal?

Today’s challenge was to Scrap a little thing. Focus on something small, Something that seems inconsequential but in reality is the whole world wrapped up into one tiny thing. I don’t know if I passed here with my page about breakfast, but this is so important to me. If I don’t have the right type of breakfast I can’t function properly….like today. We were out of cereal and banana’s are way too expensive to have these shakes at the moment.
Journaling reads ~ Breakfast is my favorite meal. But not just any old breakfast. It has to be cereal such as Special K, Just Right, Muesli or Porridge. I love porridge in winter! Another favorite is this super healthy protein shake. It’s low in GI so gives me plenty of energy. And it tastes delish even if it looks disgusting. (and the recipe is on the layout if you’re game
